An Honour’s graduate in commerce from Delhi University Mr. Narendra Aggarwal started his business carrier in 1979 associating himself to his family business. His exceptional belief in building solid and successful business practice and his sincerity helped him in handling various business decisions’ at various levels in the business domain. He has been associated with various companies as Director’s and Managing Directors during his business carrier. In year 2007 after the family division he got the opportunity to manage M/s Shivalik Prints Limited a company engaged in textile processing (dyeing and printing) of woven fabric with an annual turnover of approx. Rs. 30 crores. This was the turnaround in the prospects of the company. Mr. Narender Aggarwal the new Managing Director of the company with the help of his excellent understanding of the peculiarities of the business and his international experience paved the way to new heights in the framework. New benchmarks and methodologies led to sustaining new heights in this business segment leading to a vertical growth in the turnover of the company from Rs. 30 crore to 873 crore (turnover in March, 2015). Gist of his business carrier:


1. 1979 – 1981 Associated with the family business of Steel Forgings.
2. 1981 – 1998 New family business setup for the manufacturing of GI wire/ strips for cable industry. Handled the entire operations and marketing of the company as Director.
3. 1981 – 2012 Startup of PU injected footwear manufacturing and exports. Handled exclusively the entire business as Managing Director of the company till 2007. Company is working still under the supervision of Mr. Narendra Aggarwal.
4. 2007 – 2012 Joined as Managing Director of M/s Shivalik Prints after the family division. Company has observed vertical growth in the revenue in addition to the diversification to garment export.
